On Thursday students Advanced Higher Geography students were finding out about the traffic counting equipment used by the SIC Roads Department.
Many thanks to Colin Gair (Traffic & Road Safety Engineer) who showed us the setting up of the pneumatic tube counter near to the school and explained how the data is used.
Arwen Nield in S6 will be using the data collected over the next two weeks in her Advanced Higher Geographical Study.
